HOW TO CREATE BOOTABLE USB USING SYMANTEC GHOST 11.5 DRIVERS
One of my favorite features is dynamic driver injection, so when you want to push a new driver going forward (or a new set of drivers to support a new system model), you don't have to create and capture a new image. Or if you have a Windows Server installation in your environment and want something a bit more capable, WDS is a great tool for mass deployments and it's included in the Windows Server license.
If you just want to use it for image deployment rather than backups, it sounds like you'd want the Deployment Kit licensing option.
That product is available in a free version all the way up to enterprise-oriented centrally managed options. If you want a solid, modern cloning/imaging solution, look at Macrium Reflect. We dumped Ghost a decade ago when we moved from XP to Windows 7. So you might as well start looking for a replacement. At the very least you'd have to enable Legacy Boot Support to even allow a DOS-based environment to boot, and fyi Intel has said that they're going to stop supporting Legacy Boot in their CPUs soon, at which point you won't be able to boot that Ghost environment at all. Based on your post, Ghost is still using MS-DOS (unbelievable.), so I'm not sure how you expect such an ancient solution to work on brand new hardware, or why you'd even try to cling to such an ancient solution. The simple reality is that the E5491 is a brand new system. I'm not remotely surprised you're having hardware detection issues here, and I doubt you'll find a workaround.
